If you haven't got the info you require yet, the genlock sits between your
RGB out on the A1200 (assuming that's what you are using it on.) and your
monitor. There will be (I'm going from memory here as it's some 8 to 10 years
since I set eyes on a RocGen) a Composite In and a Composite Out. The
signal from your video PLAYER goes to the IN and a cable from your Out goes
to the VIDEO / AUX / LINE In on your video RECORDER.
There is no need for a driver, it just works. I think there is a knob on the
front panel which mixes your computer graphics to overlay them on videotape.
You can use any paint/ animation program (I used to use DPaint before I
bought Scala) as long as you use colour 0 (zero) for you background.
If you are still stuck and unable to get any info from elsewhere, mail me
privately with a rough drawing of the RocGen in's and out's.
